Inspector notes: Corner panel near dough prep station is damaged allowing wall panels to flex from wall. Hand sink in rear of kitchen is separating from the wall and should be repositioned and caulked at the top edge junction where the sink meets the wall. A couple coved base tiles on the South all below the 3 compartment sink are separating from the wall. 3 escutcheons missing from plumbing cleanouts below 3 compartment sink exposing inner wall. Rubber coved base beginning to separate from the wall near dough station and near reach-in freezer. Please repair to provide smooth and easily cleanable surfaces for the facility. ***7th consecutive violation***
