Inspector notes: Chlorine sanitizer in dish machine at 0ppm. The sanitizer was found to be be almost empty and the bottle was changed. The PIC was able to get 100ppm of chlorine and stated that the machine would be scheduled for maintenance to ensure that it is properly working. Ensure that sanitizer is at proper concentration according to manufacturer’s directions
