Inspector notes: Observed at least three flies in the kitchen. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Discussed maintaining outer entrances closed and increasing cleaning frequency as needed to reduce harborage conditions. Monitor pest conditions and ensure pests are eliminated by licensed pest control specialist prior to the next routine inspection
