Inspector notes: Observed various baked goods with TCS fillings and toppings including: taro, red bean, custard, hot dogs, and cheese held at room temp overnight that the Person in charge (PIC) stated were on time control. PIC stated the old buns are sold until around 12pm the next day. All TCS foods being held under time as a control from the day before were discarded at time of inspection. See embargo form. 1st consecutive repeat violation. Inspector notes: Observed two electrocution devices that do not contain the debris from the pest that fly into them. One on a rack with spices/ingredients and another one at the front counter. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that these devices must catch the debris to reduce risk of contamination. PIC removed them at time of inspection
