Inspector notes: Observed a set of rice scoops in a mini warmer that was turned off and the water was 80F. PIC replaced the scoops and turned on the warmer to allow the water temperature to raise to 135F. Also observed another set of rice scoops in a well that had the running water turned off. PIC said it had been leaking after installing a new Coca-Cola machine. PIC turned it back on
