Inspector notes: Observed cooling meatballs in a 10 inch deep container with a lid on it. Meatballs at 85F after 45 minutes. Staff transferred to shallow pan with no lid and put in the freezer, product got to below 70F within 2 hours. Ensure that cooled foods get to 70F within 2 hours, and below 41F within 6 hours total
