Inspector notes: There are several cans severely dented compromising the hermetic seal of the can. PIC stated cans are received in bulk packaging from PFG. Food must be stored and maintained safely and in good condition. Discussed with PIC best practices for identifying damaged cans during delivery. CA PIC discarded 12 lbs voluntarily.

Inspector notes: In the Coca-Cola RIC, there is 1 gal Homemade house balsamic vinegar dressing, 1 gal Ranch dressing, 1 gal honey mustard, 6 oz cannoli filling that all temp between 50-52 degrees. The PIC stated that the items were placed in the make unit between 4/14/25 and 4/18/25. PIC unsure when items went out of temp control. Cold potentially hazardous foods should be held at 41 degrees or below at all times. CA PIC discarded items voluntarily. #1 lb. Follow up required.
