Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(b)1. Observed food products on the floor of the mobile unit. Opened jug of canola oil was found near the gray water outlet of the handsink. Several canned goods were found on the floor. Educated that food products and to-go items must be kept off the floor.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(b)1.iv Improper storage of in-use utensils. Observed in-use utensils in containers of stagnant water. The water in one container was 109 degrees, the second container had water at 60 degrees. PIC explained they do change it out frequently. Inspector indicated that this must have a wash, rinse, sanitize step for both the container and the utensil. Providing guidance via email.
