Corrected: food was embargoed and discarded during inspection. Explained to owner that this is not an acceptable food contact storage box.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.05(4)(c) Overflow pipe for grease pan beneath wok at grill appears to be draining into floor drains. Explained that this is not the proper method of disposing of used grease as draining this grease into the floor drains can cause them to fail and overflow into the kitchen or stop up the city sewer line.
