Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.05(2) Water hose stored inside mop sink drain. No drain cover and water hose was submerged into the drain hole. PIC pulled the hose out and turned it on, water does work. Rusted metal.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)7. Inconsistent labeling of spices, powders, toppings, sauces, and other ingrediants that were not readily and unmistakably recognizable. Owner stated one of their employees does not label because they know what it is. Educated all those ingrediants outside of original container has to be labeled consistently by employees.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(3)(d)4. Multiple soiled and wet towels laying through-out establishment. Soiled wet towels on a active table. Owner unable to explain uses and when last time the rags were wahsed. Educated proper storage and use.

Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.04(6)(b)1.iv Espresso milk-frother rod stored in metal jug of water that was observed recording low 80s F, musky water, and milk clustards floating in it. Educated the water must record 135F or above. Or can wipe with a designated towel in between uses and sanitized by a bleach rag every four hours. Scoops had handles touching the spices and were coated in heavy build-up.

Inspector notes: Various personal items and food prep items mixed into consumer areas. Prep table where owner was actively wrapping breakfast wraps had cell phone, keys, nail polish, soiled rags and owner's food(did not see them eat but did observe bites taken out) spread out across the counter. The dish rack had numerous single-use food containers on it along with hats, single service plastic cups, chemical, vinegar, and a piece of 2-by-4 wood plank. Owner stated that is their personal items they use for their food. Inspector asked "So this whole shelving rack is for personal items only and none of it is used within the restaraunt for consumer foods?" Owner said that is correct and inspector proceeded to pick up bowls, and measuring cups and a few other items and owner stated "We use those for the consumer's foods". Inspector educated all personal items must be seperated from equipment meant for the food for the customers and identifed as "Personal Items, Not for restaraunt use."
