Inspector notes: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Both fridges do not properly work. Establishment had several bags of ice and was iceing the raw chicken. All three packs of chicken temped 41F or below in each spot temped. Will allow ice for this event only, will buy more chicken for tomorrows event and ice as well. Please work with KCHD and have both fridges operating properly before next event.
