Inspector notes: The dishwasher is not sanitizing the wash ware as there was no indication of chlorine in the water. The dishwasher was tested 3 time and then was drained. Again there was no chlorine indicated from testing thewater in the dishwasher. Informed manager that the dishwasher is not to be used until it is properly sanitizing. Until the dishwasher is repaired, the 3 comp sink is to be used to wash, rinse and sanitize the wash ware. A follow up inspection will be conducted within 10 days of the routine inspection.
