Storing raw ground beef logs above raw whole beef in walk in cooler. COS by PIC switching them around on shelves. Educated PIC. Storing raw unpasteurized shelled gas in carton directly on top of beer kegs inside walk in cooler. COS by PIC moving to shelf where other eggs are being stored and safer location PIC already has proper food storage handous posted at this time.

Inspector notes: Large white sani bucket not labeled, COS by PIC labeling it at this time. Discussed and educated that hence forth in future inspections that a bodily fluids spill kit with instructions will need to be on hand and accessible to all employees at all times.
