Inspector notes: There are apples offered for self service on the breakfast bar that are unwrapped, with no serving utensil, not under a sneeze guard. PIC remove the apples from the breakfast bar. There is an open employee beverage and employee food stored on the prep counter in the kitchen area. PIC discarded the beverage and employee food items.

Inspector notes: There is a wet wiping cloth stored on the breakfast counter to the right of the Lavella refrigerator, not in a sanitizing solution. COS by PIC by placing the wet wiping cloth into the dirty cloth hamper and filling a sani bucket with a new wiping cloth.
