Establishment is shown to not have proper managerial control Corrective action: handed food safety pamphlets and suggested to operators for managers and operators to attend food safety class

Inspector notes: Burgers in front bottom warmer is temping at 114F. Operators stated to put in front area warmer 10 mins ago Corrective action: had operators put back to hotbox to hot hold properly. Hot dogs and burgers in hotbox did not reach proper hot holding. Hot dogs reached 104F and Burgers reached 114F. Suggested to operators to get better hot holding and reheating equipment to ensure products are at the right temperatures. Set up for operators a temporary time policy for a 4 hour time period for hotdogs and burgers and must be discarded after the 4 hour mark. On the follow-up inspection within 10 days, if tcs products is not hot held at the right temperatures, it will result in embargoing of products
