Observed cooked BBQ chicken, in walk in cooler, to be reading at 53.9, 54.1, 54.6, and 56.7 degrees F. These two containers of chicken were delivered this morning, and received cold. Time of chicken cooked, was not determined by commissary. Replacement of chicken was being sent out, and chicken received this morning, were to be returned. Issue has been corrected.
Pan of flour was set on floor, then placed on prep table. Once removed, clean pan was then placed on same table. Table is used for food preparation, and if contaminated, should be cleaned and sanitized before utilizing again.
