OBSERVED CUT LAMB STORED IN FREEZER IN BLACK TRASH BAGS, MANAGEMENT STATED THEY STORE THEM IN THESE BAGS AFTER CUTTING TO PREVENT MEAT FROM DRYING OUT. MANAGEMENT SHOWED ME THE BOX THE BAGS CAME IN, I SHOWED HER THE "NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FOOD STORAGE" LABEL. ENSURE TO STORE FOOD IN EQUIPMENT THAT IS FOOD GRADE.
