There was a probe thermometer inside of the Energy Star reach-in cooler, and there were no thermometers inside of the Coca Cola refrigerator. Observed that there were no Food Managers present during the inspection. The only kitchen staff member available was a Food Handler that began fifteen days ago (they have until 03/04/2026 to get a Food Handler or Food Manager certificate).
