Piles of plastic, cardboard boxes, and clothing are scattered around, etc. The wooden corral surrounding the dumpsters has missing planks, creating a wide gap. Corrective Actions: All loose trash is to be removed from corral and placed inside dumpsters. The corral should be repaired to ensure it is secure and intact.
