Permit has not been renewed. Ensure to call 210-207-8732 to pay for late fees/permit renewal. Ensure to post copy of food permit, in public view.
Gaskets/rubber seals along edges of refrigeration unit doors should be replaced due to tearing of those in place at this time. Much accumulation of water/food/mold buildup was observed along tears. Ensure to thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces to remove buildup and to repalce such parts.
Observed hand sink to not have paper towels at sink, and observed dirty scoops and green scrubbie to be stored in sink. Ensure that hand washing sinks are only used for hand washing purposes.
Ensure children are not hanging around in kiosk. Observed child in "office space" area that also has cabinet that stores sprinkles, etc. Ensure that all employees are wearing hair restraints whether it be a cap, hair net. Men with facial hair should also wear a beard guard at all times.
Ensure that all employees are Food Handler certified and keep copies of all certificates at location and make available upon request. Establishment will have a 1st Reinspection in 10 days to ensure issue has been addressed.
