Observed dulce de membrillo sitting at room temperature, on shelf, with labels stating that foods should be held under proper refrigeration. Ensure to correct labels to reflect accordingly, or place foods under refrigeration.
Slow leak from roof, near walk in cooler in back storage area, was present. Drip was leaking onto bags of foam trays. Ensure that leaks are corrected and that single service items, and food items, are protected and unable to be contaminated by leaking water.
Seal missing tiles along ceiling throughout establishment, both in shopping area as well as in back storage areas. Ensure to seal any openings to be tight fitting and to prevent entering of pests, etc into building. Siding of walk in cooler had openings that should be sealed tightly as well.
