Observed a red sanitizer bucket with Chlorine/ Bleach solution inside of it. The concentration of the sanitizer was at 25 Parts Per Million (PPM). Ensure that Bleach/ Chlorine sanitizers have a concentration of 50 to 100 Parts Per Million (PPM). These concentrations are NEEDED to effectively sanitize food-contact surfaces and nonfood-contact surfaces. Observed one staff member wash their hands only using cold water and then they turned the handles off using the back of their hands. Observed another worker use the back of their hands to shut off the water as well. Ensure that all Food Handlers, before returning to handling and preparing food, take off and discard their old gloves and wash their hands with hot water (100 degrees Fahrenheit (F)) for at least twenty (20) seconds with hand soap.
