Hand sink against back wall should be supplied with hand soap and paper towels. Sink should not have any items being stored in sink. Sink should be readily available at all times.
Drawer where cinnamon sugar is stored should provide coverage for sugar, using food grade items. Particle board that is above uncovered drawer, has loose particles as well as stuck gum. Ensure to properly cover all foods stored.
