Observed three red sanitizing buckets with Quaternary Ammonium sanitizer inside. The concentration at all three of the buckets were at 150 Parts Per Million and lower. The inspector asked the Certified Food Manager (CFM) when they made the sanitizer buckets, and he stated around 10:00 AM (it was near 2:00 PM when the inspector tested all the buckets).
