Observed a personal opened can of Coca Cola on rack above uncovered raw and ready to eat foods. Ensure that all personal drinks are stored in a cup with lid and straw, and to store in a designated employee area.

Observed carne de res, that was cooked yesterday, to be mark at 46 degrees F. Ensure that foods are properly cooled prior to storing away for reheat. Foods should be cooled down to and held at 41 degrees F, when stored in refrigerators.
Employee preparing tacos, with ready to eat items (i.e, cheese, tortillas, etc) was handling such items with bare hands. Manager stated they are to be using gloves when handling ready to eat foods. Issue corrected on site. Ensure to properly wear gloves when handling ready to eat foods.
Can liner plastic bags were being used to store masa. Such bags should not be used for food storage. Ensure to use food grade bags and materials only for food storage (i.e. saran wrap, bun pan bags, foil, etc)
