Employee stated cheese was pulled from bottom of reach in cooler no longer than 1 hour during a rush. Employee placed sliced cheese in bottom of reach in cooler to bring down temperature. Also, in walk-in cooler; fried chicken patty (50F - Cold Holding); sausage dogs (50F - Cold Holding); fried fish (49F - Cold Holding). Operator stated all food has been in walk-in cooler since Friday and temperatures in coolers were good Saturday morning but she came in today the cooler was out of temperature. She has called a company to come look at walk-in cooler and all food from Friday has been issued stop sale. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2025-10-15: In walk-in cooler, raw shelled eggs 46F, beef patty 47F, sausage dogs 46F, chicken salad 47F. Issued stop sale for raw eggs and raw beef since products have been in non working cooler since Monday.
