Inspector notes: Observed leftover food residue in produce sink. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Discussed cleaning produce sink after each use.

Inspector notes: Observed non-food contact surface on mixer unclean to sight and touch with food residue. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Discussed cleaning all portions of mixer after each use.

Inspector notes: Observed no hand drying provision at hand sink or inside the base. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with: 1. Individual, disposable towels; 2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; 3. A heated-air hand drying device; or 4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures

Inspector notes: Observed detergent and bleach bottle and several sponges and steel wool stored inside produce sink. Produce sink may only be used for preparing and washing produce and other ready to eat foods. Suggested to designate chemicals and cleaning equipment to a designated area for that purpose only. It may not be used for chemical or cleaning equipment storage. CA: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
