Inspector notes: Observed no sanitizer coming through dish machine after multiple attempts. PIC stated that a part for the machine is on order CA: A chlorine solution shall have a concentration between 50-99ppm PIC sanitizing dishes in sanitizer compartment of 3-compartment sink after they run in dish machine until part arrives and repair is made. Correct by 1/20/26, send proof of machine repair to inspector.
