COS: Since it was less than 2 hours since food was cooked, PIC reheated wings (to 208 degrees Fahrenheit) and pizza (to 192 degrees Fahrenheit) and placed in warmer located within Food Service Establishment. GDA contacts about crossover items - Tranesha had facility remove hot holding cabinet located in convenience store.
