CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C). PIC stated that her employees from morning shift (9:00 AM) most likely left them out on the table for breakfast instead of keeping them stored in the cooler. PIC discarded cartons of white milk tempting above 41 degrees Fahrenheit from reach in cooler in dinning area. Cooler is working properly at this time.
