Inspector notes: Observed some TCS food items on the prep top cooler and underneath were cold holding above 41F such as cooked shrimp and pooled eggs. CA: TCS food must cold hold at 41F or below. COS: Shrimp and pooled eggs were discarded. COS: PIC placed food in walk in cooler to rapidly cool off.
