Inspector notes: Observed, near the drive thru, nonfood contact surface of slushie machine nozzle stored with food residue and debris. Also observed in the main kitchen area, the interior of the WIF with debris and residue on the flooring. Advised PIC that nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Advised PIC to thoroughly clean nonfood contact surfaces of slushie machine nozzle and the flooring of the WIF.
