Inspector notes: Observed tinfoil being used on cart, shelf and tabletop. Tinfoil is not an approved material for these surfaces. Remove tinfoil and clean original surface, replace item or utilize a smooth, durable, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable material to resurface. Remove tinfoil by 2/10/26.

Inspector notes: Repeat on flooring. Observed damaged, cracked or missing VCT tile under dishwasher, 3 comp. sink and prep sink. Need to repair tile or replace with new tile. Tile must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. Other options for repair would include quarry tile, staining or painting underlaying concrete floor, or an approved epoxy flooring. Also observed damaged ceiling tile and paint flaking off grid system. Replace ceiling tile with a smooth washable tile. Also need to replace or refinish grind system. Complete repairs by 2/10/26.
