Inspector notes: Observed both the hand sinks in the kitchen not working. There is a leak so the management cut off the water supply for both the sinks and using food preparation sink to wash hands for the last couple of days. Must get the hand sinks fixed in 48 hours. Make sure to clean and sanitize the food preparation sink before using for food preparation.
