Inspector notes: Observed the back door of the facility door crack open during inspection. When the door is fully closed, there is a gap with sunlight shining through at the bottom of the back door. CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by: Filling or closing holes and other gaps along floors, walls, and ceilings; Closed, tight-fitting windows; and Solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors. COS: The door was shut. Discussed with PIC that they must acquire a weather strip and place it at the bottom of the door to prevent pests.
