Inspector notes: Observed a black carpet like (slip resistant) mat/floor carpeting in the kitchen on the hot line. Advised PIC to remove the mat due to it not being nonabsorbent. Advised PIC to get the rubber mats with holes in it to allow for easy cleaning.

Inspector notes: Observed a container of food in the reach in cooler, a phone & several unopened bottled of water on the 2nd shelf of a prep top table, and shoes in the bar area. All personal items should be stored in a designated area that will not cause contamination to food items served to the public.

Inspector notes: Observed the toilet in the women's restroom not flushing. The system is operating with a very low water pressure in the toilet. A plumber will need to service the toilet to ensure that it is flushing properly. Advised PIC to put an "out of order" sign on the door and make the men restroom a unisex room until repairs have been made. Please schedule a plumber to make repairs by 11/26/24.

Inspector notes: Observed the hand sink faucet loose on the sink in the women's restroom. Please reseal the faucet to make sure the system is in good repair.
