Inspector notes: Observed a clean ice bin stored on top of the ice machine. There was plastic protective material that was observed beneath the ice bin that was inverted. PIC advised to remove the plastic film/protective material and/or use a clean dry tray to store the inverted ice bin. PIC corrected on site by removing the ice bin.
