Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice machine displayed significant buildup on internal food contact surfaces. CA: Glynn EH instructed person in charge (PIC) to ensure that the machine had the ice discarded and was cleaned and sanitized at end of business and then often enough to ensure that all internal surfaces are cleaned and sanitized often enough to keep them clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple containers of dry mixes with that were supplied cups with no handles for scooping the product out. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all dry goods are supplied scoops with handles so that they may be stored inside of product with the handles above the food product.
