Inspector notes: Observed Quat testing strip roll completely wet and unable to use. MOD did not have a spare testing roll. IEHS used her Quat testing strips. n manual warewashing operations, a temperature measuring device shall be provided and readily accessible for frequently measuring the washing and sanitizing temperatures. Pf CA-EHS left documentation on proper way to use sanitizer & advised MOD to get sanitizer test strips immediately
