Inspector notes: Observed multiple employee items stored around food. Observed phones stored above prep top cooler. Observed personal items stored on shelf directly above food prep area. Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. The PIC relocated items and will provide a location so that employees can store their personal items.
