CO: PIC had maintenance look at dishwasher and they called in a repair work order to Hobart Equipment. 3 compartment sink will be used until the dishwasher is working properly.

Observed pan inside the walk-in cooler with food debris/mold inside the pan while holding cartons of eggs. Observed the racks inside the walk-in cooler with food debris/mold on the racks. Observed the flour bins with dried flour on top of the bins. CA: All items will be cleaned and sanitized by the end of the shift as per conversation with officer in charge.
