Inspector notes: Observed food contact surfaces of the white panel of the ice machine in the main kitchen stored as clean with brown/black residue. Also observed food contact surfaces of the interior portion of the microwave stored as clean with residue. Advised PIC that all equipment and food contact surfaces of utensils shall be cleaned at any time during the operation when contamination may have occurred. Advised PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the ice machine and microwave.
