Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf. PIC instructed food service employee to discard/burn ice and thoroughly clean and sanitize bin before reusing. Discussed with the PIC that the item screwed into the roof of the bin should be replaced by manufacturer's instruction or by license repair service.
