Inspector notes: Observed scoopers not stored properly in semolina flour bin and a regular flour bins in front kitchen area. CA: During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food. PIC will have employee to store scoopers properly with handles up in the semolina flour bin and the regular flour bin.

Inspector notes: Observed no drain plug at the outside dumpster. CA: Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. PIC will contact the City of Moultrie to get a drain plug for the outside dumpster.
