Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice scoop was being stored in a bucket in contact with a human hair. COS: Bucket and ice scoop were removed from service to be cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the ice scoop is stored in a place that is clean to sight and touch as well as sanitary.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had multiple toxic substances and first aid supplies stored above single service items and equipment as well as an unlabeled chemical bottle. COS: Items were relocated when observed and bottle was labeled. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all chemicals, first aid supplies, and toxic substances are properly stored separate and away from all equipment, single service items and food, & that all chemical bottles are labeled with the common name of the chemical inside.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility coolers and walk in cooler storage racks displayed mold like buildup/debris on them. Multiple equipment storage shelves also displayed significant buildup on them. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all non food contact surfaces such as storage racks and shelves are being cleaned often enough to prevent the buildup of mold like debris and buildup.
